Welcome to the website of the Eastside Jazz Club and Eastside Jazz Recordings!

Hello All,
Thanks for making our Extravaganza such a success. Now we are delighted to be bringing you a Xmas Special featuring not one but two of Seattle’s finest performers.

Make a note ♬ of the date Thursday December 17th 2015. 8pm.
AGAIN AT the magnificent Resonance At Soma Towers 288 106TH Avenue Bellevue WA 98004

WINTERLIGHT: Songs of the Season

Susan Pascal, vibraphone, Bill Anschell, on the grand piano (thanks to Classic Pianos), Michael Glynn, bass (making his debut at the Club), Mark Ivester, on the Ludwig’s, and   Gail Pettis, vocals

For a festive winter evening, the Susan Pascal Quartet and award-winning guest vocalist Gail Pettis join forces to perform jazz standards and songs of the season. From the Modern Jazz Quartet’s swinging fugue on “England’s Carol,” to classic jazz favorites and a Seattle-themed “Santa Baby,” the night holds something for everyone!

About Susan Pascal: “breathtaking” —All About Jazz

“an impressive, four-mallet jazz player… sizzling” —Seattle Times

About Gail Pettis: “… a retro air that hints at the silken sophistication and storytelling élan of the young Nancy Wilson…”   —Christopher Loudon,
 JazzTimes Magazine

So here are all the details:
As this event will be held at the beautiful Resonance Theater tickets ($20) will only be available from their box office, either online or at the door. Remember that seating is limited so it will be advisable to book early and especially right now as they are offering a 25% discount off the normal price. (Only pay $15.00!)

Purchase tickets starting now through Monday, November 30th and save $5 off the standard ticket price of $20.00. Reserved seating available!

All the details re directions, parking etc. are available through the above link; however we repeat what we stated in our previous Newsletter.
Parking in the building under the Theater is also limited. The first two hours are free, thereafter $2 per hour. However, the garage is monitored. To avoid a ticket, make certain to stop at the parking kiosk after you have parked your vehicle to print a receipt. Enter your stall number, select the appropriate time you anticipate being parked, print the receipt and leave it on the dash of your vehicle. As the Xmas Concert may probably run more than 2 hours you may need to pay the extra charge of $2 per hour.

There is also street parking beside and around the building

Looking forward to seeing you all
